Armed robbery is one of the most dangerous crimes in the United States today. In this crime, a thief commits withholding due to the belief that the gain will be worth the risk. b) Review the forced entry business before entering.

c) An employee searches the building before acknowledging others.

Things to do during the robbery

If you train employees properly, it will be much easier to deal with confrontation. These are some of the steps that must be followed during the robbery:

a) Don’t even try to resist the thief. Remember, money is not more valuable than life. Do not do anything that endangers the safety of personnel. Be cooperative with the thief to minimize the chance of getting hurt. Thieves usually do no damage if they cooperate.

b) Do not try to use weapons against thieves. Remember, any type of weapon on the scene will only increase the safety risk to a person’s life. Because with the gun, there is a chance of shooting and therefore bloodshed and injury.

c) Try to inform the thief about any kind of surprises. If someone from outside the business is expected to return soon, or someone has to move in a specific way, inform the thief so the thief doesn’t get started. Any suspicious movement of you or any of the employees can cost your life.

d) Follow the thief’s orders. Don’t try to make the steal too long. Because if it takes too long, the offender may get nervous and try to harm someone.

e) If a certain amount of money is requested, give it immediately.

f) Do your best to include some bait money in the cash you are giving the robber. This bait money may include money with serial numbers that are etched or concealed dye packs. You can also design a silent alarm that will go off when you withdraw the bait money.

g) Closely monitor the whereabouts of the thief.

h) Count the number of thieves.

i) See if they use any names. Because you can use the name later.
