Chicken strips with mayonnaise sauce

Slice skinless, boned breasts into strips (don’t make them too thin). We have a plate, we add salt, pepper and flour together. In a bowl, mix the egg with the mustard and water. Take another plate and place the breadcrumbs. After these, dip the chicken strips with the first mixture, then the second and third. When the chicken strips are completely covered, you can now fry them in a pan with oil and butter. Wait until the chicken is browned. Serve with a mayo sauce (add green onions and garlic to the mayo if desired) and voila!

Easy chicken grill

Marinate the chicken pieces in soy sauce, lemon juice, sugar, pepper, garlic, salt, and tomato sauce for at least 30 minutes (you can marinate overnight if you have time). Remember that the longer you marinate it, the tastier it will be. There are also barbecue sauces sold on the market that you can stick to for marinating. After marinating, you can now grill it or just roast it. Make sure it is well cooked and tender.

Quick and easy chicken parmesan

You only need these ingredients: skinless chicken breasts, tomato sauce, beaten eggs, grated mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley. Flatten the chicken with a meat mallet or just your bare hands to equalize the thickness of the meat. Dip the chicken in the egg first and cover with the breadcrumbs. Brown the chicken in a skillet with butter over medium heat. After browning, add the tomato sauce. Lower the heat and boil covered for 10 minutes. Sprinkle the cheeses and parsley and wait until the cheese melts.
